We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer who excels in visual design, craft, and art direction. You are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences that are both functional and visually compelling. You are a master of design systems, yet you understand when and how to evolve and extend a system to meet new challenges. You have a keen eye for detail and an appreciation for how motion design, art direction, or illustration can elevate the overall experience. You use visual storytelling to engage stakeholders and excite them about what’s possible. You engage users through delightful design, guiding them through intuitive interactions, and create memorable moments.

You will partner with stakeholders, engineers, and other designers to ensure our solutions are deeply rooted in user insights and aligned with business strategy. You will actively participate in product and strategy discussions, foster multidisciplinary thinking, and identify opportunities that drive change. Your ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution will be critical to your success. You should be comfortable across the full spectrum of the product design process, from leading research efforts to crafting high-fidelity UI and interaction patterns.

• Comfort with art direction or motion design to bring visuals to life is a strong plus 

• Foster multidisciplinary collaboration, ensuring that diverse perspectives contribute to impactful solutions.

• Advocate for human-centered design, ensuring that solutions are not only visionary but also meaningful to customers.
