Student Engagement - Project Management Assistant (FWS/NFWS)

Purpose within the Organization:
Assist the Campaign Initiatives Coordinator with project management and administrative duties of the various Student Engagement marketing materials.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose:
- Applies considerable knowledge of marketing principles and techniques to assist in the output of marketing materials (i.e., brochures, flyers, posters, apparel, websites, social media, etc.).
- Oversees project needs and assists in the completion and delivery of these items.
- Maintain an orderly archive of projects and strict schedule for completed tasks as requested by clients.
- Occasionally attend client meetings with the Coordinator.
- Adhere to Grand Canyon University's branding and style guides and ensure consistency across projects.
- Assist with social media or experiential marketing efforts.
- Meet regularly with Campaign Initiatives Coordinator to receive feedback/changes, review upcoming events, assignments and communication strategies.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the design process and marketing strategies.
- Proficient in project management software and email programs
- Able to take and receive direction from Student Engagement staff regarding project needs.
- Able to work well with others in achieving the common goal of highlighting and marketing Student Engagement events.
- Must be familiar with print and digital formats (native files, JPG, TIFF, PNG, EPS, PDF, etc).
- Organized, punctual, and have keen attention to detail.
- Interest in marketing, student affairs, and/or social media.

- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
