Salesforce Business Analyst/Configurator

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst/Configurator to join our team to support our government clients. This role will work cross-functionally in an agile environment to design and implement Salesforce Lightning application solutions for government clients in collaboration with architects and developers.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Salesforce BA/Configurator, you will:

• Gather, synthesize and define direct business requirements.

• Evaluate and convert business requirements to create clear business process workflows, use cases, and user stories to deliver the best Salesforce Lightning application solution(s).

• Build a cohesive, streamlined and quality solution using Salesforce declarative processes.

• Provide Salesforce Configuration support to implement the client requirements via direct client interaction across a broad range of Salesforce applications.

• Conduct demos and end user training.

• Generate documentation such as training guides, process flow diagrams, and user documentation inserts.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4 years of business experience.

• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification.

• Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience with Lightning implementations of business application using the Salesforce Lightning platform.

• Demonstrated experience configuring Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and associated product expertise such as Report/Dashboards, Einstein, Declarative Automation, Visual Flows, etc.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the standard methodologies for implementation using configuration to the greatest extent possible to achieve business outcomes.

• Experience working in a team-based delivery environment.

• Experience in implementing business process using Salesforce business process tools.

• Demonstrated experience with agile / scrum development methodology.

• Strong expertise working with users to develop user stories and as-is/to-be business process flows applied for design/development, as well as using the agile stories to configure and implement Salesforce application.

Nice to have skills/qualifications

• Scrum Master certification.

• Additional Salesforce Consulting Cloud certifications (e.g. Sales, Service, etc.).

• Experience with collaborating with developers, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc.

• Experience configuring Vlocity is desired.
