Position Summary:
The Manager, Commercial Development for Atrium & Medical Nutrition is responsible for driving end‑to‑end demand visibility, inventory execution, and supply chain alignment to support new product launches, new business growth, and ongoing portfolio performance. The role leads Integrated Business Planning (IBP) demand pull by integrating customer forecasts, distributor insights, and commercial inputs into aligned demand, supply, and replenishment plans. 

 

Leveraging advanced analytics, predictive insights, and digitally enabled planning tools, the Manager supports scenario modeling, risk identification, and data‑driven decision‑making across the commercial and supply ecosystem. Through scalable digital solutions and automated performance monitoring, the role ensures a cohesive, resilient, and forward‑looking forecasting and execution process.

 

Working cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Business Development, the position mitigates out‑of‑stock risk, optimizes inventory health, and enables disciplined execution against service‑level and growth objectives. The role operates as a strategic individual contributor, influencing internal and external stakeholders through insight‑based recommendations that drive strong commercial and customer outcomes. This role leads communication of company performance related to targets, IBP, and inventory to internal & external stakeholders as appropriate.

 

Territory: This position may be structured as either a remote or hybrid role, depending on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to candidates who reside within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey. 
        
 

Key Responsibilities:
Launch & New Business Execution:
• Serve as the end-to-end planning and execution lead for new product launches & new business implementations across Atrium & Medical Nutrition
• Translate launch strategies into data‑driven demand assumptions, inventory positioning, and replenishment strategies, leveraging scenario modeling to evaluate risks, trade‑offs, and upside opportunities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional readiness by aligning demand signals, supply constraints, and customer execution plans to enable confident, on‑time market entry.

 

Demand Planning & Forecast Integration:
• Lead IBP demand pull by integrating customer forecasts, distributor insights, historical trends, and commercial inputs into aligned demand, supply, and replenishment plans.
• Apply advanced analytics and predictive techniques to improve forecast accuracy, identify demand inflection points, and surface planning risks early.
• Enable what‑if scenario analysis to support decision‑making related to growth opportunities, supply constraints, and portfolio trade‑offs.

 

Inventory & Replenishment Management:
• Translate integrated demand plans into inventory targets, replenishment strategies, and allocation recommendations across customers and distributors.
• Monitor inventory health using digitally enabled dashboards and exception‑based alerts, proactively identifying risks related to service, excess, or obsolescence.
• Support prioritization, allocation, reservations, and hyper‑care activities during supply disruptions or quality
