Job Title: Wild R&D Senior Formulation Technologist

JOB PURPOSE

Wild is a premium Personal Care brand, with a highly attractive brand proposition, a highly unique and desirable product offering, a thriving Direct To Consumer business, and is expanding rapidly.

The Wild R&D Leader will be one of the first Unilever employees to partner with this outstanding brand and enable Wild to benefit from world class Unilever R&D capabilities.

The brief is four fold:

To act as an outstanding R&D Forumulation partner to the Wild team from Unilever, introducing the Wild team to Unilever R&D Forumulation capability and technologies
To enable Wild to access the Forumulation technology and capability support they need from the wider Unilever R&D organisation, to accelerate the Wild business plans
To agree, plan & deliver R&D Forumulation activities as agreed with Wild and Unilever
To ensure good practise for Forumulation in all aspects of compliance to Unilever standards, leveraging Unilever expertise in Regulatory and Product Safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To act as an R&D Forumulation ambassador for Unilever, training the Wild team and anything they need to know about Forumulation in Unilever, and being a calm, reassuring and positive representative
To connect Wild with the wider Unilever R&D Forumulation organisation, in a deliberate and targeted way that enables Wild to access the support they need to accelerate their business plans
Use your outstanding knowledge of Forumulation technology and innovation to enable Wild to meet its business objectives within Unilever
To demonstrate outstanding curiosity about refillable Forumulation and alternative Forumulation materials to continue to delight Wild consumers
To embed a process of collaborative learning on Forumulation to deliver outstanding Forumulation for WILD
To act as an R&D Forumulation ambassador for Unilever, training the Wild team and anything they need to know about Forumulation in Unilever, and being a calm, reassuring and positive representative

ALL ABOUT YOU

Experiences & Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years Unilever R&D Forumulation.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large innovation Forumulation projects
Experience of delivering outstanding Forumulation to consumers within Unilever standards and regulatory requirements
Experience in Forumulation across a range of Forumulation formats and materials.
Experience of bringing new Forumulation to market within third party and Unilever supply chain.
Experience of working with a range of Forumulation suppliers and driving for excellence
Experience of delivering new Forumulation technology and/or material.
A track record of building and leveraging Forumulation networks through outstanding relationships within Unilever
