Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing CaseGuard's strategic plan by identifying initiatives to optimize the sales cycle and align business goals with senior leadership's objectives. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and developing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Development team, using various analytical tools to provide meaningful data and forecast models that drive company growth and performance.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the organization's strategic plan, identifying key initiatives to improve the Sales Cycle.
• Work with senior leadership to align strategic plans with business goals and objectives using data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the redaction market.
• Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
• Gather and interpret data from various sources (including but not limited to Salesforce and Google Analytics) to support strategic initiatives within the Business Development team.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning.
• Write and Review RFPs (Request for Proposals).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (Notion, Salesforce, Gitlab, Google Analytics)
• Ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
