Product Designer Mid

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You will help shape the user experience and interface of our digital products and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs.

You will work under the supervision of the Head of Research and Design and collaborate closely with other Product Designers, as well as POs, PMs CSAs and engineers, to fulfill design requirements and meet project objectives.
 

Responsibilities:
1.    Collaborate on the design process from conceptualization to execution for our digital products, ensuring consistency and coherence across products.
2.    Maintain and organize design assets, documentation, and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
3.    Participate in user research initiatives and gather insights to inform design decisions, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data.
4.    Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.
5.    Collaborate closely with POs to define product requirements based on user feedback and business goals.
6.    Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing and data, continuously improving the user experience.
7.    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:
1.    Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
2.    Have 2-3 years of experience in product design with a focus on digital products.
3.    Experience working with Agile methodologies or in fast-paced environments to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
4.    Proficiency in Figma.
5.    Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
6.    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
7.    Strong organizational and documentation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
8.    Portfolio showcasing design projects with a strong emphasis on UX/UI design and problem-solving abilities.
9.    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

 

Nice-to-haves:
1-    Previous experience with Gamification, B2B SaaS and/or our target industries.
2-    Solid knowledge of developing and maintaining Design Systems.
3-    Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with development teams.
