The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Analyst Relations Manager to drive our global analyst relations strategy while also overseeing the operational backbone of the AR function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic influence and operational excellence, and who is passionate about shaping market perception through strong analyst relationships and efficient program execution.

The Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Analyst Engagement 
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key industry analysts across firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others. 
• Develop and execute a comprehensive AR strategy aligned with business priorities, product roadmaps, and go-to-market plans. 
• Manage analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategy days to ensure consistent and impactful communication of company vision and differentiation. 
• Partner with executives, product leaders, and marketing teams to prepare spokespeople and ensure message alignment. 
• Operational Excellence 
• Own the AR calendar, tracking all analyst interactions, deliverables, and key milestones including specific Gartner seat holder annual plan.  
• Manage AR tools and platforms (e.g., ARchitect) to ensure accurate reporting and visibility across the organization. 
• Assist with AR performance metrics and reporting dashboards to measure impact and inform strategy. 
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with PR, product marketing, and executive teams to streamline AR workflows and content development. 

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Communications, or related roles in the tech industry. 
• Proven track record of managing analyst relationships and influencing key research outcomes. 
• Strong project management skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven growth mindset. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex topics into compelling narratives. 
• Experience with AR management tools and data-driven reporting. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience in enterprise software, cloud, cybersecurity, or AI sectors. 
• Familiarity with analyst evaluation processes (e.g., Magic Quadrants, Waves, MarketScapes). 
• A background in marketing operations or program management is a plus. 

 

Preferred: 

• 5+ years of relevant experience 
• Good communication skills, both oral and written 
• Capable of understanding highly competitive market landscapes and strategically positioning differentiation to the analyst community. 
• A strong technical mind with the ability to quickly locate, dissect, and relay key information. 
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and strategic planning skills  
• Ability to help shape content targeted to an analyst audience 
• Ability to guide and counsel executives and other spokespeople 
• Results and metrics-oriented  

 

 

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI
