 Location: This is a Hybrid role, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters at least 3 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time

  • Coordinate corporate volunteer events by identifying opportunities through nonprofit partners, creating a communication and project plan, and ensuring events are run efficiently.
  • Draft companywide newsletters, highlighting relevant content and sharing opportunities for employees across the United States to give back and get involved.
  • Partner with team leaders to create custom volunteer activities for their specific group.
  • Monitor and respond to CSR inbox inquiries.
  • Help maintain CSR websites, partnering with our global headquarter team or local designer.
  • Process donation invoices in a timely manner.
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, including Employee Resource and Affinity Groups as well as external community efforts.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience in CSR, Marketing, Communications, DE&I, Events, Nonprofit, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to translate community outreach work into business objectives and inspire employee engagement. 
  • A focus on DE&I, including cultural acuity and the ability to adapt to your audience. 
  • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to help build understanding. 
  • You’re collaborative, building relationships, humbly offering support, and openly welcoming approaches. 
  • Innovative and creative, you proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Base Pay Range$68,550—$154,440 USD
