As a Lead in Chubb’s Resilience Services practice, you will play a key role in delivering our client engagements and developing our technical solutions in line with our core business. You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering climate risk & resilience services to our commercial, community and personal lines clients, working closely with leadership and colleagues in other divisions to ensure products and services are executed in-line with our overarching vision.
The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for climate risk & resilience with a proven ability to drive innovation and deliver results.
Responsibilities:
- Drive proposal development by tailoring methodologies and competitive pricing strategies for clients
- Leverage expertise to enhance existing solutions and methodologies while identifying future growth opportunities
- Proactively engage in client consultation, providing insights to address client needs and enhance relationships
- Take responsibility for the successful execution of project components, including data analysis, client communications, and the delivery of high-quality reports and outputs.
- Contribute to thought leadership, to position Chubb Resilience Services as a market leader
- Develop internal and external marketing materials to promote our services and capabilities both internally and externally.
- Solid understanding of commercial P&C insurance risk pricing and dynamics
- Familiarity with state and international climate reporting frameworks and regulations
- Proficient in data analysis with good modeling skills (current / future state climate models)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication & meeting facilitation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel - individual should be comfortable with travel as needed.
- Knowledge of supply chain and / or transition risks preferred
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, economics, finance, engineering).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in the insurance industry with a risk / climate lens.
- Proven experience in delivering physical climate risk and resilience client engagements

The pay range for the role is $100,000 to $165,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
