We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. This role will support the planning and execution of various corporate, community, and private events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and be passionate about creating seamless and engaging experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and scheduling.

• Support the Events Manager in budget tracking, vendor communication, and contract management.

• Prepare and maintain event materials, timelines, and checklists.

• Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee support.

• Monitor event progress and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth execution.

• Provide post-event reports and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management tools is a plus.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
