Job Description

Job Summary: The Business Operations Senior Manager supports Commercial and Money Movement (CMS) operations, aiming to make our work processes simpler, easier, and clearer to achieve business goals. The Sr. Manager, CMS Analytics and Business Operations will lead analytics and operations for the CMS Sales Analytics program at Visa Inc. In this role, you will conduct strategic analysis to identify and evaluate business trends and find opportunities for business units and regions. You will be responsible for building models, reporting, creating insights, and making recommendations. Responsibilities will vary from strategic (revising and improving sales analytic plans/models, suggesting strategic GTM changes) to operational (setting goals, compensation plan implementation, attainment analysis).

This role will have a key role in quarterly business reviews and the annual GTM planning cycle. You will generate insights into quarterly attainment, model and recommend sales compensation plan changes, collaborate with finance and sales orgs, and deliver on dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a central point for strategic analysis into the CMS business:

  • Liaise between global, regional and business unit CMS teams, providing our Business Unit leaders with insight into our performance.

  • Collect inputs and publish reports that summarize BU Scorecard and other performance metrics.

  • Distill analytical insights into concise and 'executive-ready' presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with these partners to drive enablement and remove roadblocks to growth, develop strategies to address, and work jointly to execute them.

Deliver efficiencies for CMS to efficiently scale sales transformation and operations:

  • Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop frameworks linked to our Sales transformation.

  • Support sales operations by creating dashboards and tools to automate, support and deliver clarity to our Sales force on how they are performing.

  • Use data and insights to inform customer segments and sales coverage models.

  • Influence sales process and CRM design to measure and improve new sales productivity.

Define, measure, and track key metrics and ambitious targets that drive the CMS business:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and establish measurable goals and objectives for various business initiatives.

  • Assist in developing strategies and action plans to achieve set goals within specified timelines, and drive accountability for results across the organization.

  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the management team.

  • Structure and build quantitative and qualitative analyses and develop business frameworks linked to our Sales Transformation initiatives.

  • Model and recommend opportunities to the business units and regional sales teams.

Help simplify operating rhythms to drive efficiency:

  • Support broader Strategy and Operations team with ad hoc strategic projects.

  • Act as an internal resource to sales analytics and issues by ensuring that any questions are researched, and a timely response prepared.

  • Define and execute on solutions to bottlenecks / areas for improvement in existing processes.

  • Drive efficiency in our ways of working, streamlining, automating and simplifying to increase efficiency of sales process and net revenue realization.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
