Job Description:

Medical Assistant - Oncology

Full-time, 8:00a-4:30p

The Medical Assistant performs the following duties: chart preparation, medication reconciliation, vital signs, height, weight, assists in minor procedures, phlebotomy, clinic flow and any other duties as needed to assist physician.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year medical office experience is preferred.

• Successful completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program preferred.

• BLS preferred upon hire, required within 90 days of hire.
