Job Description 

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) team is recruiting for a home office-based, Associate Director, Field Access & Affordability Solutions Immunology position within the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization, whose goal is to create more personalized, seamless, and supportive experiences to help patients start and stay on treatments across the portfolio.

Skills Required:

  • Has high tolerance for ambiguity, enjoys innovating and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and has a deep service orientation, empathy, and passion for patients
  • Has passion for driving large-scale transformation; is comfortable working in a highly matrixed org; has comfort with shaping digital solutions; and has experience with patient/customer experience (any industry, not necessarily pharma) 

PECS talent will develop critical skills in areas including:

  • Shaping strategy
  • Innovation across the value chain

  • Leading in a matrixed environment
  • Market access acumen  

The Associate Director (AD), Field-Based Access & Affordability Solutions will be responsible for leadership of 2 direct reports that support Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) field operations and FRM training and execution. The AD position will involve identifying and pursuing opportunities to enhance patient access to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine products to deliver a best-in-class, personalized patient experience. The ideal candidate must have a high intellectual curiosity, demonstrate an ability to distill and prioritize key insights, and develop and execute on patient focused strategy and tactics. The individual should also have a track record of success with innovation that will contribute to a seamless customer experience in helping patients start and stay on Janssen therapies.

The Associate Director, Field-Based Access & Affordability Solutions will work to elevate the patient impact of our Immunology Field Reimbursement team. Their day-to-day responsibilities include:
