Creator Network Partner Manager - TikTok LIVE

TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.



Responsibilities:

- Deliver business growth and revenue goals

- Lead and participate in different projects, to drive the business growth

- Do business coaching for the partners around TikTok LIVE business

- Leverage the dashboard and insights to do business diagnose for the business partners

- Align the the partnership operation strategies with partners and coach the partners about business operation around creators recruitment and incubation

- Align the business goals with partners, and set the project timelines

- Identify the ownership internally in the team and externally in the partners, to follow the projects and achieve good results.

- Hold regular in-person and online meeting with partners to drive B2B conversion

- Handle tasks on internal system to drive the progress
