<p>The Algerian Embassy in Oslo is urgently recruiting a universal administrative agent M/F / assistant to in the consular section of Embassy</p> Hva vi ser etter <p>Algerian Embassy</p> Arbeidsoppgaver <p><strong>Assistant to in the consular section of Embassy</strong> who will be in charge of:</p> <ul><li> <p>(consular tours, professional missions, making appointments, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Transcription and entry of civil status documents (extract, death, marriage, literal copy, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Keeping civil status registers</p> </li><li> <p>Management of electronic databases.</p> </li><li> <p>Active participation in all activities concerning the Algerian community (organization of events, creation and updating of lists, monitoring of registration, elections, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring and management of social files in relation to the community</p> </li><li> <p>Support for the civil status center (return of incomplete files, response to users, telephone switchboard, etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· Excellent command of Norvegian, Arabic, English and French</p> <p>· Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required</p> <p>· Good communication and interpersonal skills</p> <p>· Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility</p> <p><strong>Salary:</strong></p> <p>32.100 NOK / month gross salary</p> <p>Non-EEA nationals who are resident in Norway are required to be in possession of a permanent residence permit to be considered for the position.</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Work Location: In person</p> Vi tilbyr <p>a full-time job for a fixed period which could be renewed upon agreement of both parties</p> <p><b>Om arbeidsgiveren:</b></p><p>Algerian Embassy in Oslo</p>
