PM² Project Manager

<p>At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a PM² Project Management Office supportto join our UniQue team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in our International department.</p><p>What will you be bringing to the team?</p><p>Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation!</p><p>For the this position we expect you to:</p><ul> <li>Provide assistance in adapting the methodology to the procedures and standards of the EU institution.</li> <li>Develop the required documentation and templates.</li> <li>Coordinate training, communication, and change management initiatives.</li> <li>Establish a project repository and gather information from EU institution IT projects.</li> <li>Offer administrative support for the PM² Roll-out project, following the EC (European Commission) PM² - Agile project management framework</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field with minimum 4 years of experience</li> <li>Certified in EC PM² Methodology and/or PM² Agile</li> <li>Experience in setting up and running PMO Office ideally in EU organization</li> <li>Deep knowledge on project management standards, principles and quality management</li> <li>Experience on M365 tools and SharePoint online</li> <li>Experience in project management tools.</li> <li>Strong coaching, communication and facilitation skills.</li> </ul>
