As the Training Lead for AI Text-to-Speech Dubbing, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing an end-to-end training and feedback program for freelance TTS editors and vendors. Leveraging your audio localization expertise and passion for innovation, you will mentor a global freelance workforce—ranging in experience—to master TTS editing for voice-over, audio description, and AI-based lip-sync dubbing.

You will assist in supervising the creative and performance-based aspects of data collection (recording and QC) to continually improve model output performance. Collaborating with other training team members, you’ll build scalable resources and frameworks across multiple languages. Working cross-functionally with Product, Audio, Talent Acquisition, Linguistic Quality, Audio Description, and Support teams, you will help define quality standards for both input and output, enhance technology adoption, and strengthen the performance of Deluxe’s localization community.

  • Define skill tiers aligned to Deluxe’s TTS product categories (VO, Lip Sync, AD).

  • Collaborate with the Linguistic Quality team to define competencies for TTS language leads.

  • Create “train-the-trainer” materials to support global scalability.

  • Coordinate with audio teams to define TTS-to-mixing handoff requirements.

  • Set benchmarks and stretch goals in partnership with stakeholders.

  • Work with language leads to develop quality evaluation metrics.

  • Provide recruitment teams with competency recommendations for onboarding.

  • Proactively identify workflow issues and recommend timely solutions.

  • Contribute to the creation and optimization of SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for product development.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of client expectations and localization requirements.
