Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November.
The bonus for this position is 8 hours of pay when a new associate joins Publix prior to July 1.
There is no bonus in the first year for associates hired after July 1. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to 8 hours’ pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.

Required Qualifications

• Junior, Senior or graduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Research or closely related discipline,  
• ability to work at least 20 hours per week,
• ability to work independently,
• valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation,
• working knowledge of Excel (knowledge of Access, Outlook, and Word is a plus),
• desire and ability to pick up computer skills,
• ability to work well with others, and
• a desire to learn and grow.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• current or prior Publix work experience,
• prior internship experience.
