Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Applications Software Developer to join our team in the Ft. Detrick, MD area. We also have some remote positions available.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large scale software solutions.

• Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. 

• May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. "

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Full Stack Webapp Developer utilizing any of the following technologies:  Java, MongoDB, JSON, Angular JS 

                      -- OR --
  Experience as a SAP Logistics Application developer utilizing any of the following SAP technologies:  ABAP, SAP, ERP/SAP, ECC, SAP BI, PI Broker

• Experience with or knowledge of SAFe

• Experience with DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum and Kanban

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Software development experience for medical logistics applications 

• DevOps certification

• AWS certifications

• SAFe certifications such as SAFe for Teams, SAFe DevOps, SAFe Agile Software Engineering, Leading SAFe

• Experience developing applications in AWS

Clearance Requirements: 

U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust suitability is required for this position.

Physical Requirements: 

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $72,100-$120,900. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
