Position Title: Coordinator of Major Gifts
Pay Status and Classification: Non-exempt, Regular full-time.
Work Location: This position is an onsite role and is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
Supervisor: Director of Major Gifts, College Relations
Position Purpose: Join us as an Administrative Coordinator, where you'll provide essential support to our Major Gifts, Principal Gifts, Gift Planning, Family Giving and Operations teams. Your strong database skills, meticulous attention to detail, and customer service focus will drive our success engaging alumni and friends of the College.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Own essential administrative tasks such as data entry, phone support, and meeting
notes.
Manage and reconcile department budgets and reporting.
Streamline travel expense reconciliation for our gift officers.
Engage with highly confidential information with discretion.
Support critical advancement operations for pipeline and portfolio management.
Coordinate high-impact events, from creating event pages to tracking registrations and
beyond.
Be flexible for occasional evening and weekend work.
Collaborate with other College Relations departments.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or relevant admin experience necessary
Data whiz with incredible attention to detail; CRM reporting is your forte.
MS Office guru, especially Excel and mail merge.
Google Suite savvy.
Tech-curious and quick to learn.
Prioritization and multitasking pro.
Strong project management chops.
Excellent communicator and team player.
Compensation:
The hourly range for this position is $19.50-21 per hour. Except for roles with a set rate of pay, the wage/salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The stated hiring rate/range represents the College’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate/range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
