Senior Full Stack Developer (Job Ref: 1878)

<p>Our <strong>Senior Full Stack Developer</strong> will work across the entire application technology stack of Mondia Advertising division and will help us elevate our cutting-edge Marketing Technology suite. Role is to create and maintain the technology system and features for our business vertical. He or she will be responsible for translating and implementing technical requirements into usable technology products focused on scale, robust product performance, APIs and ease of use.</p><p>This includes driving accountability for systems deployment and monitoring across operational surfaces.</p><p>Other key responsibilities include:</p><ul> <li>Work closely with marketing and Mondia Group tech/engineering leads to design, implement, schedule, test, and deploy full features and components of marketing solutions</li> <li>Participate in setting the technical direction of our new marketing technology projects including design, architecture etc</li> <li>Contribute to best practices, improving code style and a culture of improvement over iteration</li> <li>Apply code review and ensure that best coding practices are adopted during the implementation</li> <li>Help building automation tools to streamline the campaign launch an investigation process flows</li> <li>Support new integrations with different API partners</li> <li>Help mentoring and guiding junior developers and engineers</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving, breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items.
