Assistant Manager to the Chief Commercial Officer
We are seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join the team supporting the Chief Commercial Officer.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in effective project coordination, along with excellent stakeholder management skills at executive level.
We are looking for a top-performing consultant with an entrepreneurial, proactive, flexible, and autonomous approach. The role requires a high level of proficiency in both English and Spanish, and is ideal for someone seeking a truly international experience, working across different countries and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalise proposals and client pitches, including scheduling executive-level meetings in line with strict deadlines;
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders;
- Work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to identify and deliver business opportunities;
- Communicate expectations regarding proposals, meetings, and projects clearly to stakeholders;
- Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials;
- Facilitate agile meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Skills:
- Relevant business experience and/or a technical or business degree, professional qualification, or equivalent;
- Excellent proficiency in English and Spanish;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously;
- Strong communication skills and an exceptional ability to manage client relationships;
- Problem-solving skills with the confidence to introduce innovative approaches beyond the conventional;
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to keep projects and teams on track;
- Willingness and availability to travel.
