Business Analyst Lead

This role is centered on bridging business strategy, customer needs, and technical execution within complex digital commerce environments. You will act as a key functional expert across commerce and OMS-related projects, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into scalable, well-structured technical solutions. Working closely with product, design, architecture, and engineering teams, you will help shape end-to-end delivery across large-scale e-commerce initiatives. The position involves direct interaction with clients and stakeholders, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to lead discovery sessions, refine requirements, and guide solution design. You will also play a leadership role within the business analysis practice, mentoring other analysts and ensuring consistency in delivery standards.
