AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy full-time Divisional Marketing Coordinator with a strong interest and experience in AI-powered marketing tools and automation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to blend creativity with cutting-edge technology to support high-impact marketing initiatives. Under the direct supervision of the Divisional Marketing Manager, the responsibilities of the Divisional Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva Magic, etc.) for content creation, campaign automation, and audience targeting.
- Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools.
- Support email marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Monitor trends in AI and marketing to recommend new strategies or tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Marketing experience (internships included), ideally in a digital or tech-forward environment.
- Experience using AI tools in a marketing context (e.g., for copywriting, data analysis, personalization).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
