<p>&nbsp;</p> <div id="jdam-content" class="css-1q1p8zw e37uo190"> <div class="css-y1rllv eu4oa1w0"> <div id="ipl-drawer-:rja:-content" class="css-u74ql7 eu4oa1w0"> <div> <div class="css-u74ql7 eu4oa1w0"> <div id="jdam-job-metric-comparison-chart" class="css-yu5l5a e37uo190"> <div class="css-qkv3x5 eu4oa1w0"> <div class="recharts-responsive-container">&nbsp;</div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div class="css-1oep9t7 eu4oa1w0"> <div class="css-u74ql7 eu4oa1w0"> <div class="jd-appended-job-description"> <div class="jd-section-employer"> <div class="jd-description-text"> <p><strong>Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk</strong><br>Reports To: The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <ul> <li>3 years of experience working in a mail facility or similar background</li> <li>Requires a valid driver license—candidates must be at least 25 years of age to follow fleet insurance requirements</li> <li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the following: scheduling or calendar software, logistics tracking software (experience with BearTracks is a plus), database software, Numbers or Excel, and Pages or Word</li> <li>Excellent customer service skills</li> <li>Effective organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time management skills</li> <li>Material handling skills, including ability to use motorized and manual equipment such as forklifts (in locations where they are needed), pallet jacks, and hand trucks • Ability to perform the following types of physical activities: lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull to move equipment, bend/stoop/squat/kneel, and reach above shoulders</li> <li>Background and experience working in a warehouse or loading dock environment, with exposure to varied weather conditions</li> <li>Must be cross-trained to support all tasks required for that site, including, but not limited to: routes, receiving, mail services, shipping, floaters, freight coordination &amp; logistics, loading dock operations, and customer service/help desk. Must be experienced with and able to troubleshoot issues regarding tracking software, secure lockers, and other tools &amp; technology used by the SRM team. Must remain flexible and ready to support the needs of the business. In some field offices, Supervisors will collaborate with cross functional partners to support waste, secure waste, and eWaste programs.</li> <li>Superior communication skills, with an ability to
