What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.

- Analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and optimize processes for efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure automation aligns with business goals.

- Develop reusable components, scripts, and libraries to enhance automation efficiency.

- Maintain and improve existing automation solutions, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.

- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of UiPath bots and automation workflows.

- Implement best practices for RPA development, including security, exception handling, and logging.

- Integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise applications via APIs, databases, and other technologies.

- Work with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure proper deployment and maintenance of RPA bots.

What You Are:

- Experienced RPA Developer specializing in UiPath with a strong track record in automation.

- Skilled in workflow design, exception handling, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Proficient in API integrations, databases, and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, CRM).

- Strong programming skills in C#, VB.NET, Python, or SQL.

- Knowledgeable in AI-powered automation, OCR, and NLP technologies.

- Effective communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for process automation.
