We are seeking a courteous, observant, and reliable Residential Security Officer to provide safety and support at a high-end gated community in Manhasset, NY. This full-time position is perfect for someone who values consistency, professionalism, and a calm working environment.

Position Details:
Schedule: Thursday – Monday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Hourly Pay: $18.50
Total Hours Per Week: 40
Location: Manhasset, NY (exact site withheld for privacy)
Post Type: Residential gatehouse and patrol duties – a blend of stationary and foot patrols

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor access to the property and verify visitor credentials

Greet residents and guests with a professional and friendly demeanor

Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity

Provide basic information and assistance to residents as needed

Maintain detailed and accurate daily reports

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Calm, courteous, and professional under all circumstances

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Must be punctual, well-groomed, and dependable

Prior residential or security experience preferred, but not required
