Salesforce Inc. seeks Principal Technical Support Engineer in San Francisco, CA:
Job Duties: Assist clients in troubleshooting their custom code, integration, and implementation of Salesforce products. This involves debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring issues are fully resolved. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality. Assist clients with troubleshooting and providing analytical and problem-solving expertise to maximize their use of the Salesforce platform. Provide feature explanation and Salesforce coding best practices. Actively maintaining and participating in job-related training activities. Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams as necessary, as well as prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Create and curate knowledge content. ˆHQ address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in San Francisco: 350 Mission Street, 415 Mission Street, 50 Fremont Street. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in San Francisco. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in job offered or in any occupation in related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Lightning Web Components; (2) Aura Components; (3) VisualForce Pages; (4) Apex; (5) JavaScript; (6) HTML; (7) REST and SOAP API; (8) Apex triggers; (9) SOQL and SOSL; (10) Workflow rules; (11) Flows; (12) ChangeSets & SFDX. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
Salary: $133,400.00 - $199,700.00 per annum.
