<h3><strong>Join Our Team as an Employment Lawyer at Axiom</strong></h3> <h3><strong>Location: </strong>Detroit, MI&nbsp;</h3> <p></p> <p data-start="0" data-end="467">We are seeking <strong data-start="18" data-end="39">Employment Lawyers</strong> to support clients based in the Detroit metro area. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients across a variety of industries, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk in all aspects of employment law. This is an existing vacancy.</p> <h3 data-section-id="103byja" data-start="469" data-end="490">Responsibilities:</h3> <ul data-start="491" data-end="1266"> <li data-section-id="1eaiyse" data-start="491" data-end="665">Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, and other labor and employment-related documents.</li> <li data-section-id="1lg2wmx" data-start="666" data-end="847">Providing legal guidance on employment law matters, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, pay transparency, workplace investigations, and employee relations.</li> <li data-section-id="1k8rqn4" data-start="848" data-end="991">Collaborating with clients, HR teams, and business leaders on workforce management initiatives, employment disputes, and compliance projects.</li> <li data-section-id="jjhn96" data-start="992" data-end="1140">Managing employment-related legal issues for clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, retail and tech.</li> <li data-section-id="xzcmt8" data-start="1141" data-end="1266">Staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive counsel on evolving labor and employment laws.</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="1obkcim" data-start="1268" data-end="1287">Qualifications:</h3> <ul data-start="1288" data-end="1847"> <li data-section-id="1l3diuf" data-start="1288" data-end="1341">5+ years of experience in labor and employment law.</li> <li data-section-id="pzbby9" data-start="1342" data-end="1507">Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and related workplace compliance requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="1a3ptsx" data-start="1508" data-end="1663">Proven track record of advising clients on employment litigation avoidance, workplace investigations, policy developmen
