Now Hiring: Respite Provider – Eau Claire, WI
Are you compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a positive impact? We’re looking for a friendly and dedicated Respite Provider to join our team and support a wonderful child in the Eau Claire area during weekday afternoons!
What You’ll Do:• Provide 1:1 support and supervision, ensuring safety and a fun environment• Assist with daily living skills like meal prep, hygiene, and household chores• Engage in activities the child loves — gaming, sports, and yes, even scary movies!• Help manage behaviors with kindness and clear boundaries• Support the child both at home and out in the community during events

What We’re Looking For:• Experience working with children with special or behavioral needs• Ability to follow care plans and adapt as needed• Strong communication and boundary-setting skills• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (must-have for this role)
