Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager in the medical field, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of our medical product portfolio. Your role will involve defining product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's mission and goals.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis and customer feedback, to identify healthcare trends, opportunities, and unmet needs.
• Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical experts, to define product requirements, features, and user stories.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the timeline for product development and release, including prioritization of features.
• User-Centered Design: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that products are intuitive and meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations (e.g., FDA) and ensure that products adhere to relevant compliance requirements.
• Testing and Validation: Oversee product testing and validation, including clinical trials and usability studies, to ensure product safety and efficacy.
• Launch and Marketing: Develop and execute product launch plans, working closely with marketing teams to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
• Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and support medical products.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously track product performance and gather user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements and updates.
• Budget Management: Manage the product budget, including cost analysis and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
• At least 3 years experience as a Product Manager in the medical or healthcare technology industry.
• Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare regulations, and clinical workflows.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of product management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
