Within the Endoscopy Eastern Cluster (Czech Republic, Greece, and Poland), you will play a key role in planning and executing face-to-face and hybrid customer training experiences that drive therapy adoption and build long-term clinical partnerships.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Your Opportunity</span></strong></p> <p><br/><span>As a Marketing &amp; Customer Education Graduate based in Prague, you will coordinate professional education and training events across the region, including hands-on congress activities, local trainings, and support at the Regional Institute for Advancing Science (IAS) in Warsaw. You will also support Czech marketing needs and contribute to the development of best-in-class education toolkits and resources.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>This is a 12 month Graduate contract starting in September 2025. </span><span>Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific indefinitely in Endoscopy or another division. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>You will:</span></strong></p> <p><br/><span>•    Join a collaborative team driving customer education and marketing across Eastern Europe.</span><br/><span>•    Lead or support training event planning, coordination, and measurement across the Cluster.</span><br/><span>•    Support Czech-specific marketing activities, such as localization of campaign materials and digital content.</span><br/><span>•    Gain hands-on experience in healthcare education, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <p><br/><span>Cluster-Level (Eastern Cluster)</span></p> <p><br/><span>•    Coordinate and support face-to-face education activities (IAS Warsaw sessions, on-site trainings, and congress hands-on zones).</span><br/><span>•    Develop and maintain the Eastern Cluster training calendar, ensuring timely participation and resource alignment.</span><br/><span>•    Lead the logistics and planning of Eastern Europe HCP participation in cluster and EMEA-wide trainings.</span><br/><span>•    Collaborate with the EMEA Customer Education team to adapt and apply best practices.</span><br/><span>•    Support development of training toolkits, concepts, checklists, and event materials.</span><br/><span>•    Track education-related KPIs and ROI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</span><br/><span>•    Provide operational and presence support during EMEA and cluster-level education events.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Local-Level (Czech Republic Focus)</span></strong></p> <p><br/><span>•    Localize EMEA campaigns and adapt messaging and marketing materials for the Czech market.</span><br/><span>•    Coordinate event logistics for local congresses, customer meetings, and launches.</span><br/><span>•    Create social media and digital campaign content in Czech to support local outreach.</span><br/><span>•    Support local sales teams with campaign tools, presentations, and event branding.</span><br/><span>•    Propose new local marketing activations or education formats tailored to market needs.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Your Qualifications</span></strong></p> <p><br/><span>•    Bachelor’s or Master’s student or recent graduate in Marketing, Education, Event/Project Management, Business.</span><br/><span>•    Fluent in Czech and English (C2/C1).</span><br/><span>•    Strong organizational and project management skills.</span><br/><span>•    Passion for education and healthcare innovation.</span><br/><span>•    Team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.</span><br/><span>•    Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with event tools or digital platforms is a plus.</span><br/><span>•    Creative mindset and interest in customer experience, training strategies, or event execution.</span></p><p> </p> <p><span>We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
