Responsible for the management and development of several teams assigned to multiple buildings or complexes. The Senior Facilities Manager focuses in meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer’s needs. Will have frequent interactions with our client, tenants and subcontractors supporting the account. The Senior Facilities Manager will contribute to the delivery of strategic and operational objectives through the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of client facilities. This position ensures a safe, productive, and efficient working environment, essential to the performance of the business and image of our company.

- Orders consumables, maintains and uses capital equipment effectively.
- Drives full compliance of all safety rules, guidelines, and protocols.
- Drives labor and scheduling productivity.
- Drives a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills.
- Leads the development of the team ensuring quality performance and training.
- Assists the Facilities Director in talent succession planning.
- Maintains professional and effective communication with our customer, tenants, and subcontractors; treats everyone with respect and courtesy.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years leading 10+ person teams.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Facility Management.
- Previous experience managing and developing personnel within the facilities industry with the proven track record.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships.
- Coordinate & Direct Operations: The ability and willingness to keep others, up and down the chain of command as well as laterally, informed of all pertinent information, including both positive and negative information.
- Human Resources: The ability to address complex personnel issues through communication and appropriate corrective action.
- Planning: The ability to set priorities, plan, and coordinate work activities.
- Extensive knowledge of facility related Electrical and Mechanical systems.
- Client Relations: The ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients and potential clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Communication and Influence: Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels.
- Performance & Quality Monitoring: The ability to monitor the performance of self, subordinates, and subcontractors to ensure plans, schedules, and budgets are met and ensure services are of high quality.
- Leadership: The ability to communicate a vision and obtain commitment from employees, motivating them to perform the job and work toward common objectives.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analyze information, identify implications of data, and draw appropriate conclusions.
