Raytheon is seeking a SPY-6 Radar Integrator who will support hardware and software integration of a complex radar system. The Radar Integrator will be expected to follow the integration and test strategy, supporting a multi-disciplined team at a shipyard, land-based test site, or in-plant location through integration and test activities while working to program schedule.
What You Will Do
- Operation, Integration, and Analysis of multiple Radar systems
- Execution of Stage testing in accordance with program schedule, as part of a team of highly skilled Engineers and performing equipment set-up, checkout, testing, reporting of results, SW, HW and FW upgrades and maintaining records as required
- Establish working relationships with and provide regular status reports to engineering and program Leadership
- This role will require extended hours and may require the employee to support off-shift hours.
- Travel possibly can exceed 50% (primary location). Work will be performed at program shipyard or land based test site.
- This role can be based out of Marlborough, MA, Tewksbury, MA, Portsmouth, RI, or Moorestown NJ.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience with integration, system radar, and/or test.
- Experience with a test facility, shipyard, and/or lab.
- The ability to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Strong coursework background in RF systems and signal processing
- Experience in MATLAB.
- Experience with LINUX, Test tools (hardware and software), Test Equipment Development, Factory Testing, Network and Fiber Optic Certifications, Information System Networks
- Experience in Systems Integration, Verification, and/or Validation
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics, or Systems Engineering
