Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate GEO principles into idealo’s architecture and content frameworks.</p><p></p></li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p>As <strong>Senior Technical SEO Manager</strong>, you’ll lead idealo’s technical SEO initiatives across multiple international markets and product domains. Your goal is to ensure our platform is perfectly crawlable, indexable, and semantically understood — both by classic search engines and <strong>Generative Engines</strong> (GEO). </p><p>You will collaborate closely with SEO Managers, Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers to design and implement <strong>data-driven and forward-looking optimization strategies</strong> that improve organic performance and strengthen idealo’s visibility in evolving AI-driven search environments. </p><p></p><h3><strong>Skills &amp; Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>5+ years of professional experience in <strong>technical SEO</strong>, ideally for <strong>complex and high-traffic e-commerce platforms</strong>. </p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of <strong>indexation, crawling, rendering</strong>, and ranking factors (including <strong>JavaScript SEO</strong> and <strong>log file analysis</strong>). </p></li><li><p>Proven experience managing <strong>large-scale migrations</strong> and optimizing <strong>internal linking</strong> and <strong>crawl structures</strong>. </p></li><li><p>Proficiency with <strong>crawling tools</strong> (e.g. Screaming Frog, Audisto), SEO analytics platforms, and modern web technologies. </p></li><li><p>Solid <strong>data literacy</strong>: strong skills in Excel/Sheets; SQL or similar is a plus. </p></li><li><p>Experience working with <strong>automation tools</strong> (e.g. n8n) or <strong>AI-based solutions</strong> to streamline SEO workflows. </p></li><li><p><strong>Self-motivated, structured, and ownership-driven</strong>, with a strong ability to set priorities and manage complex projects independently. </p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a plus). </p><p></p></li></ul><p><span>You don't tick all the boxes?
