The Senior Manager, Program Management is a key role for one of our largest Bay Area tech clients. You will be the main client partner responsible for the delivery of key programs, as well as working closely with specific digital marketing leads across the client organization. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, relationship builder, master of untangling complex problems, and works fast and flexibly to get the job done. Candidate MUST be USA based and able to work primarily Pacific timezone work hours. Sound like you?
What you’ll do:
- Lead marketing program strategy and delivery
- Track project progress and feedback, reporting results, and providing a strategic point-of-view across a myriad of initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects centered around online shopping
- Ability to adapt easily, efficiently and evolve with changing priorities, directions, and projects.
- You are a cross-functional leader and key owner on project governance, stakeholder management, and organizational and operational support across many multi-faceted programs at one time.
- Lead and present weekly performance updates for integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including email, notifications, and digital advertising programs.
- Analyze current processes and workflows and make and execute recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain key relationships with client teams and internal discipline leads.
- Understanding of digital strategy and metrics, in-product promotions, and other engagement channels (email, media, notifications, push, SMS etc).
- Collaborate with internal counterparts to capture, document and socialize key requirements, timelines and deliverables for a variety of engagement marketing programs elements.
- Partner with our main clients in an embedded, dedicated capacity with a deep understanding of their business and growth marketing objectives
- Become fluent with client’s relevant marketing tech stack and be able to communicate requirements and nuances to broader cross functional team members.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with all parties including product and analytics.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Who we’re looking for:
- 4+ years relevant program management leading complex cross-functional initiatives, creating operational efficiencies, and developing processes with stakeholders across multiple regions
- Proven ability to visualize business data and metrics through dashboards or other reporting tools
- Experience with event coordination and leadership
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with managing compressed timelines; ability to handle stress in a positive, collaborative manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Marketing and business acumen (bonus for any cross-product/ growth marketing)
- Organized, with ability to manage multiple project management activities
- Proactive and has the ability to analyze and synthesize key takeaways in a concise manner (both quantitatively and qualitatively)
- A knack for unravelling complex problems and processes in an easy to understand way.
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor across multiple teams.
- Experience building and implementing new process workflows.
- Seasoned at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, superior project management skills.
- High energy and go getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously.
- Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing ambiguity.
