The Role

As QuidelOrtho continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineering Team Lead for in vitro diagnostic instrument development who will provide technical leadership and contribution to product design, as well as functional management to a team of individuals with responsibilities of electrical design and fabrication for QuidelOrtho’s instrument platforms.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of R&D Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and is located onsite in Rochester, NY.

The Responsibilities

• Leads and manages team of electrical engineers and technicians that delivers new instrument hardware and sustainment of current product portfolio.
• Manages team to ensure development projects are staffed and executed in alignment with QuidelOrtho’s growth strategy.
