Sr. Planner

As a Sr. Planner you will lead processes improvements and deployment across the region , making sure the system solution is adapted to the process, as well as adopted by the planning team, being an enabler for the correct and efficient execution of planning processes.<span> You will </span>act as a strategic partner to the operations team and various other internal and external stakeholders</p><p></p><p><b><span>What’s in it For You:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Opportunity for a long-term career path that allows for exposure into all areas of Ecolab’s supply chain</span></li><li><span>Access to best-in-class resources, tools, and technology</span></li><li><span>Thrive in a company that values sustainability, drives a safety-focused culture and has been recognized as one of the most ethical companies in the world</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What You Will Do:  </span></b></p><ul><li><span>Act as liaison between Supply Planning and the different areas/people, who participate in an integration project, like IT for the different Supply Planning systems, new Supply Planning team (business to be integrated), Project Leader, Marketing, among others.</span></li><li><span>Make sure all processes in the current standard are included/considered in the blueprint/definition of the new project.</span></li><li><span>Make sure adequate data integrity and consistency, which is used for setting the new system/project.</span></li><li><span>Make sure all data is loaded and validated to do proper Supply Planning</span></li><li><span>Work daily/regularly with Supply Planners to keep them informed timely about the project status, changes, support required, or any impact they could face due to project changes/settings.</span></li><li><span>Recommend solutions or alternatives to the Supply Planning Leader, regarding key design decision which need to be made regarding setting for the new system/project.</span></li><li><span>Deliver proper training to new commers, new processes and/or new ways of working to the Supply Planning community.</span></li><li><span>Drive functional maturity improvement aligned with CBNs and OGSM</span></li><li><span>Act as Planner Lead User in case the business requires, she/he to step in operational roles </span></li><li><span>Document relevant information and training, as well as provide training to the Planners.</span></li></ul><p><br/><b><span>Minimum <span>Qualifications: </span></span></b> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, with specialization in Supply Chain management or Logistics preferable</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Planning roles</li><li>Expertise in SAP ERP, APO and Advanced Planning Systems</li><li>Project Management experience related to ERP system implementations</li><li>APICS (CPIM or higher) qualified preferable</li></ul><p></p><p><span>Ecolab’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&amp;I) reflects our longstanding value of working together to integrate diverse perspectives to challenge ourselves, reach our goals and do what’s right.
