abra is hiring: Senior Azure DevOps & Release Engineer!

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Azure DevOps & Release Engineer to take full ownership of our CI/CD automation, release engineering, and Azure DevOps governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage pipeline approvals, quality gates, rollout strategies, and rollback-ready deployment controls from DEV to PROD.
• Build reusable YAML pipeline templates, define delivery standards, and manage Azure DevOps permissions, environments, and repository policies.
• Support and automate end-to-end deployments to AKS / Kubernetes environments.
• Build developer self-service templates and tools to reduce manual work and improve the overall developer experience.
• Integrate Azure Key Vault, secrets, certificates, and secure credential patterns into continuous delivery processes.

Requirements

Required Experience (Must-Haves):

• 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Azure DevOps with a strong proven track record of building and maintaining complex YAML pipelines.
• Solid understanding of release engineering principles (artifact management, versioning, promotion paths, and deployment gates).
• Practical, real-world experience with AKS / Kubernetes and deployment automation.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably using Terraform.
• Excellent command of Git, including branching strategies, pull request flows, and repository controls.
