This team is part of the Research and Advanced Development division working on exciting new next generation technologies. This individual will have the ability to shape multiple efforts. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships and the ability to represent the team at customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget
- Translate high‑level business objectives into detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular stand‑ups, status reviews, and stakeholder briefings; provide transparent reporting using dashboards and metrics
- Apply Agile methodologies as appropriate, ensuring alignment with company processes
- Identify and resolve impediments, escalating issues when necessary to maintain project momentum
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement of external vendors
- Foster a collaborative culture, leveraging leadership and mentorship
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience, OR Master’s degree with 3 years' experience
At least 2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
Demonstrated track record/experience in project management including cost, schedule, and technical performance management
Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data
Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Top Secret Clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
