Engagement of Stakeholders & Partners

  • Engage and develop about 35 enterprise facilitators and partners (domestically and globally)
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with segment and regional learning partners, and influence outcomes
  • Ensure consistency while meeting segment-specific needs
  • Run quarterly community meetings for stakeholder engagement, shared best practices, and continuous improvement

Develop Leadership Development Programs

  • Consult with segment and enterprise leaders to understand development and performance needs of different talent pools and leadership populations across the enterprise
  • Design and lead the development of practical, high impact programs and relevant performance support tools for different levels of leadership (manager and executive populations) with the support of the COE design team
  • Serve as a Leadership Development subject matter expert and build deep knowledge and understanding of the business to proactively design and develop learning solutions

Leading Others

  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback, setting clear expectations, ensuring accountability, and rewarding accomplishments
  • Develop self and others, supporting career aspirations by encouraging the team to express their ideas, explore their interests, and stretch current skillsets and mindsets
  • Demonstrate care and compassion, creating an environment where the team feels supported when addressing their concerns
  • Create an environment where Disney values are experienced, aligning actions to words, encouraging creative problem-solving, and ensuring everyone's voice is heard

Required Qualifications:
