Summary

Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments. Tasks are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Decisions/actions may cause a minor impact on the work unit operations or schedules. Works without close supervision. Situations not covered by standard procedures are referred to a higher level. May demonstrate work methods to new employees. Deals directly with immediate supervisor, co-workers and team members; engages in routine exchanges of information; interactions with external contact, if applicable, would be monitored

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Assists in providing maintenance and repair of facilities systems and structures to support the efficient manufacturing and processing of products.
• Assists in negioating CPO (Certified Pre-owned) procurement from vendors authorized for resell to Fujitsu.
• Assists in preparing  Purchase requistions, Purchase Orders for CPO material to bring material intot he factory for resell.
• Completes all SAP transactions to support CPO  inventory including procurement, reciept, shoment, and sells of certified pre-owned material.
• May assist in the set up and installation of new/existing processes suporting the Cusrotmer Return Goods area.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of internal  and external customers.
• Basic knowledge of msOffice, Google sheets, CDM/TDM.Basi
• Knowledge of Fujitsu , Toshiba, and Kioxia quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of Enovia document control system.
• Basic knowledge of SAP transactions (Invrntory module)
• Basic knowledge of non-conforming material and Material Review Board processing logic.

Physical Demands

• Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
• Duties require ongoing light physical effort and exertion including prolonged repetitive motions, sitting in confined workspaces, using tools and equipment, and moving and handling materials.
• Duties of the position may require periodic heavy manual effort and exertion including climbing, lifting, pulling and moving objects over 20 pounds

• One to two years relevant experience

 

Typical Education

• Additional courses after High School, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
