About the role
Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Handy Porter (Full-Time) with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our West New York locations in NJ.
Handy Porter Position is responsible for cleaning the property and assisting the Super with maintenance related matters in the building.
SHIFT AVAILABLE: Sunday-Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Pay Rate : $22/hr.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Clean outs to compactor room, refuse room.
- Detail cleaning to elevators hallways, amenity spaces, and main lobby.
- Minor electrical , painting , plastering, plumbing, and repairs.
