We strive to diversify our industry with a workforce that more accurately represents the communities where we live, work, and serve. The mission of EEPIC is to create a collaborative, unified internship program dedicated to recruit and hire college and early career interns from groups historically under-represented in this business sector, including but not limited to those students who represent Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), as well as veterans, disabled individuals, and/or students who are first in their families to go to college into our collective companies and provide them with opportunities for professional development, networking, and a pathway into the industry.
