Team Lead Bartender - Key Lime Bistro - Paradies Lagardere at RSW

Responsibilities
• Prepare beverages to exact recipe standards
• Greet guests, take orders, and suggest additional items
• Accurately process transactions through the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
• Respond professionally to guest concerns
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
• Lead by example and support bar staff during service
•Assist with training, shift transitions, and team communication
• Uphold First Class Service standards with guests, peers, and business partners
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of Bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale setting
• Extensive beverage knowledge and mixology skills
• Strong leadership, customer service, and communication abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
