Responsibilities
Provides support in a Configuration Management role. Responsibilities include:
- Plan for and facilitate department governance boards for topics such as Operations, Engineering and other corporate-level topics; disseminate minutes and actions following meeting
- Plan for and facilitate division-level boards such as joint boards between engineering and operations divisions; disseminate minutes and actions following meeting
- Coordinate and facilitate status meetings; disseminate minutes and actions following meeting
- Create and disseminate meeting invitations in MS Outlook with accurate information
- Reserve conference rooms for board meetings
- Communicate information pertaining to board meetings across the organization via email, public TV screens, and shared drive files

Qualifications

Desire previous Configuration Management experience with Sponsor
Ability to build effective relationships with customer as well as staff
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Excellent understanding of Configuration Management, and its functions at the enterprise level
Excellent organization skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Exhibit pro-active, agile, and dependable qualities
Knowledge of System Engineering Lifecycle and project management disciplines
Hand on experience with SharePoint 2016 including site administration, workflow development and modification along with SharePoint designer and InfoPath experience preferred
Involvement in SharePoint migration 2013 and up
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
