Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Lexington, NC. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate up to $32/hr based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: 

• Complete PMS and repairs 
• Regular checks of systems and equipment to identify issues and document system and equipment performance
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform substantial equipment repairs 
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Diagnosis of malfunctioning apparatus and/or systems such as; HVAC equipment, fire life safety systems, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Replace damaged or broken wires and cables 
• Dock equipment, overhead doors, dock levelers, dock locks, and seals 
• Rebuilding pumps, steam traps, valves, electrical, pneumatic, solenoid devices 
• Paint walls, fix leaks, repair or replace sinks, piping, valves, or drains, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned 

Requirements: 

• High School Diploma 
• Minimum 4 years of experience 
• Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
