We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to help in shaping the data infrastructure, modeling, and analytics capabilities of Webflow. You will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions and ensuring high-quality data availability for analytics and decision-making. This role bridges the gap between data engineering and insights, enabling data-driven strategies across the company.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Reporting to the Manager, Analytics Engineering
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you’ll:
- Design and build scalable, reliable, and well-documented data models and pipelines that form the foundation of the analytics stack and support cross-functional business needs.
- Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams by deeply understanding business domains, fostering collaboration, and driving a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement through data.
- Contribute to the evolution of our data warehouse architecture, analytics engineering workflows, and BI layer—contributing to the development of intuitive dashboards and self-serve tools that empower data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and data engineers to define and maintain trusted metrics, ensure data quality, and improve usability and accessibility of core data assets.
- Drive best practices in metric development, testing frameworks, lineage tracking, and documentation standards using tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and Tableau.

About you:
You’ll thrive as a Senior Analytics Engineer if you:
- Have 4+ years of hands-on experience in analytics engineering or related data roles – You have deep experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable data models and infrastructure, ideally in a modern data stack environment.
- Have strong experience in the following disciplines/tools:
- SQL
- dbt
- Data modeling
- ETL/ELT
- Cloud Warehouses
- Are tech-savvy and systems-oriented – You’re comfortable writing per working with dbt and tools like Snowflake and Tableau, and you’ve helped shape scalable workflows that balance speed and governance.
- Have a track record of building and scaling data foundations – You’ve led the implementation of high quality data models, data testing frameworks, dashboards, and documentation standards that enable trust and reusability.
- Have strong communication and project management skills
