SMT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SMT Technician to perform precision rework and repair of surface mount technology (SMT) components on printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will have experience with soldering, de-soldering, inspection, and rework of electronic components using industry-standard equipment and practices.
This role is fully onsite

Responsibilities:

• Perform rework and repair of SMT and through-hole components on PCBs, including fine-pitch and BGA components.
• Use soldering and de-soldering tools, hot air rework stations, and microscopes for precision tasks.
• Inspect and verify component placement and solder quality according to IPC standards.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and rework instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of rework performed and communicate status to supervisors or quality teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues related to SMT processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years SMT rework experience
